WashFlow hardware and software, including the WashFlow mobile app, are provided by United Wash Supply LLC. United Wash Supply LLC is a provider of car wash services, including membership billing and processing. The customer authorizes their card to be charged monthly for the membership selected. Monthly charges will continue unless the membership is canceled.

This membership is valid only at participating car washes. Customers may cancel at any time by using the WashFlow mobile app. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed before the renewal date.

Customers must adhere to the terms of the membership including but not limited to usage restrictions. The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at participating facilities. Customer understands that washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass will result in that vehicle being added to your monthly wash pass plan automatically and agrees to the associated increase in monthly charges. By enrolling in the monthly wash pass program, I agree that the credit/debit card provided can be charged automatically via auto renewal. United Wash Supply LLC reserves the right to cancel any membership suspected of abuse or fraud.

By signing up, customers acknowledge they are the authorized user of the provided payment method and agree to the recurring charge. The membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered vehicles.

I agree that my enrollment with my email address and cell phone number is my explicit consent to receive communication email and text messaging from the company regarding my wash pass account and car wash operations and updates including marketing activity. I can unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard cancel/unsubscribe practices and I understand that if I cancel/unsubscribe, I will lose access to automated alerts regarding my account. Information collected by the app and its use includes location services access, app analytics, notification services, credit card payment information, payment history, name, phone, and email..

United Wash Supply LLC is not responsible for the operation of the individual car wash facilities and does not guarantee wash availability. Technical issues or weather conditions may impact availability at times.

By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, I hereby grant the car wash operator, and its supplier, United Wash Supply LLC, non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that United Wash Supply LLC will own such Images and further grant United Wash Supply permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to its business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by United Wash Supply prior to its use. I forever release and hold United Wash Supply harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
